Directions

1. Cast on 120 stitches (about 30 inches wide).
2. Garter stitch: knit every row.
3. Stripes: work 12 rows in each color in order, carrying unused colors up the side.
4. Repeat the three-color stripe until the blanket is square.
5. Bind off loosely. Weave in ends and wash gently to soften.
